Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the international and exports team, providing timely, accurate and transparent responses to all customer queries, and resolving any potential customer order issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily quotations and sales orders, and provide receipt acknowledgement to customers.
- Answer customer calls, deal with enquiries, and redirect to other departments if required.
- Develop skills in procurement within the role, with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the wholesaler pharmaceutical industry.
- Effective planning, organization, and administrative skills.
