Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Star People. As a key member of our international customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all queries, and resolving any potential customer order issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily quotations and sales orders, providing transparent and timely responses to customers.
- Answer customer calls, deal with enquiries, and redirect to other departments as needed.
- Provide detailed information to the warehouse team regarding incoming and outgoing orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical wholesaler industry.
- Effective planning, organization, and administrative skills.
- Fully IT literate: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
- Strong communication, engaging, and professional manner.
- A true collaborative personality, with an eye for detail.
