We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Duck & Waffle. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality dishes.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes.
- Maintain and follow strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Your Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or higher in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of British cuisine with a focus on local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor during peak service periods.
