About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic Facilities Management team at Starling Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, providing exceptional support to our employees, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
    • Conduct daily building walk rounds to identify and report any issues or concerns
    • Ensure the office, meeting rooms, and kitchens are tidy and fully stocked with refreshments
    • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms and training rooms
  • Health and Safety
    • Complete monthly safety sampling assessments
    • Log and report any health and safety incidents or concerns
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage the receipt and storage of goods and equipment
    • Coordinate changes to staff and visitor access
    • Assist with the distribution of merchandise and stock
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and visitors

Requirements
