About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic Facilities Management team at Starling Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, providing exceptional support to our employees, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management
- Conduct daily building walk rounds to identify and report any issues or concerns
- Ensure the office, meeting rooms, and kitchens are tidy and fully stocked with refreshments
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms and training rooms
- Health and Safety
- Complete monthly safety sampling assessments
- Log and report any health and safety incidents or concerns
- Administrative Support
- Manage the receipt and storage of goods and equipment
- Coordinate changes to staff and visitor access
- Assist with the distribution of merchandise and stock
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and visitors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
