Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including managing repairs and monitoring systems performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and ordering items as necessary.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and supervise members of staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.
- Project Management: Manage renovations, refurbishments, and office moves, as required.
- Contract Management: Contract services as required, including cleaning, lift service, plumbing, air conditioning, and vending.
- Communication: Attend and participate in meetings, creating minutes against fixed agendas, and implement communication across the support centre.
- Incident Management: Ensure all incidents and complaints are managed by the management team in a courteous, informative, and helpful manner, meeting all deadlines.
- Parking Management: Coordinate onsite and offsite parking for employees.
- Meeting Room Management: Ensure robust management of support centre meeting rooms and hot desks.
- Feedback Management: Manage and escalate support centre feedback to the General Manager and wider management team.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: An accurate approach when working to strict deadlines and a confidence when delivering information to key personnel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to prioritize and work accurately under pressure with sound numerical and analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time Management: Good organizational skills and time management.
