Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage repairs and maintenance of facilities, including coordinating with contractors and vendors
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as necessary
  • Coordinate renovations, refurbishments, and office moves
  • Manage contracts for services such as cleaning, lift maintenance, plumbing, and air conditioning
  • Ensure all incidents and complaints are handled in a courteous and timely manner
  • Coordinate parking for employees, both on-site and off-site
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
