Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities, including coordinating procedures, policies, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage repairs and maintenance of facilities, including monitoring systems performance and maintaining an adequate inventory of parts.
  • Coordinate renovations, refurbishments, and office moves as required.
  • Contract services such as cleaning, lift maintenance, plumbing, air conditioning, and vending.
  • Ensure all incidents and complaints are managed by the management team in a courteous, informative, and helpful manner.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite parking for employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
