Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Manager to lead our hotel teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, front desk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the front desk and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of the hotel lobby and public areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services.
  • Monitor and control front office expenses and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for front of house staff.

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
