Addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing outstanding service, and swiftly resolving any concerns. - Sales Support:
Assisting the sales team with various administrative duties, including the preparation of quotations, contracts, and sales documentation. - Database Oversight:
Keeping customer databases current and accurate, ensuring all information is meticulously maintained. - Sales Analysis:
Gathering and interpreting sales data to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative capacity is highly advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms is essential.
