Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As a Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping of goods outside the UK, completing customs and export paperwork, and managing purchase and sales ledger work using Sage 200 and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the shipping of goods outside the UK, including EU and US destinations
  • Complete customs and export paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage purchase and sales ledger work using Sage 200 and Excel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shipping and export logistics
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Sage 200 and Excel
