About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team at BlueOptima. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing business decisions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy and Operations: Coordinate strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing sales productivity, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Evaluate key revenue drivers, trends, and operating metrics to uncover strategic insights and provide recommendations to revenue leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience within revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client-facing role, or corporate development.
  • Good organizational and project management skills to impact the organization.
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide global leadership teams.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and software development.
