Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical sales support, proposals, and quotations for various Hydraulic and Pneumatic products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in providing technical advice and guidance on correct Hydraulic and Pneumatic products.
- Help customers select the right products based on their needs.
- Support the team in working with OEM customers.
- Generate and provide quotations and proposals for Hydraulic and Pneumatic products.
- Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and hydraulic circuits to ensure that offered products meet the required technical requirements.
- Carry out contractual review and preparation of formal quotations against customer requirements.
- Provide technical sales support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable Fluid Power and Power Transmission company.
- Confidence in speaking with OEM customers.
- Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering components.
- Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Support Engineer, Account Manager, Technical Sales Support, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar.
- Service Engineers with Fluid power / Power Transmission experience looking to come off the tools would also be of interest.
- A technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, e.g., SAP.
