Community Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at ENS Recruitment. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full personal care and support to our service users, enabling them to access the community and reach their full potential.
- Support our clients to engage in activities and outings, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Drive our service users' own cars, with a full UK driving license and business insurance.
- At least 3 years' experience in the UK care sector, supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
- Valid full UK driving license and business insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
