Job Description

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Digital Execution Lead to join our team. This full-time role involves a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Omnichannel Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement omnichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage Digital Assets: Oversee the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets, including websites, emails, and social media content.
  • Lead Digital Engagement Initiatives: Work with the OCE Strategist to develop and implement digital engagement strategies that drive customer interaction and loyalty.
  • Adopt and Roll Out New Technologies: Identify and implement new technologies to enhance brand awareness and improve customer experience.
  • Manage SEO Strategy: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Drive Modular Content Creation: Support the adoption of modular content creation to improve content efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Work with the OCE Strategist to establish KPIs and track the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
