Exciting Opportunity for an EHS Performance Manager

Empro Recruitment Ltd is pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for an EHS Performance Manager to join a leading organization in the facilities management sector.

Our client stands as a prominent figure in the global real estate services industry, utilizing an extensive knowledge base to address the commercial real estate requirements of clients around the globe.

The ideal candidate will oversee the Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Systems, ensuring that appropriate standards are upheld for personnel associated with various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective EHS Safety Management Systems.
  • Conduct thorough EHS risk assessments and audits.
  • Provide support and mentorship to managers regarding HSE management.
  • Review and enhance EHS policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular inspections and communicate findings effectively.
  • Lead compliance training sessions and programs.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is essential.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary of up to £59,000 per annum, along with a car allowance of £5,100.

  • Pension scheme matched to 5%.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
