Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive EHS Performance Manager to oversee our Environmental, Occupational Health Services, and Safety Management Frameworks. Your role will involve the development and execution of EHS Safety Management Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Culture by assessing performance and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Assist in conducting Risk Assessments and revise safety protocols as necessary.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the EHS Management Framework.
  • Guide and support management in HSE practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to pinpoint hazards and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Insurers and Legal teams on pertinent claims and property safeguarding.

Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, with a degree-level education.

Skills Required:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OSHAS 18001.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing settings.
  • Ability to conduct machinery risk assessments and formulate safe working procedures.
  • Skilled in data interpretation for compliance and drafting control procedures.
  • Experienced in accident investigations and root cause analysis.
