Job Summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant EMEA to support the Head of Accounting EMEA in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and posting to the Oracle system, and preparing payment runs for approval.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Post invoices to the Oracle system, ensuring correct coding and accounting
  • Prepare payment runs for approval, including employee expenses and supplier invoices
  • Collate and review employee expenses for compliance with company T&E policy and VAT requirements
  • Prepare and submit VAT documentation for review by the Management Accountant
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of invoices and payments
  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and ad-hoc support to the EMEA Management Accountant as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts department, with a focus on accounts payable
  • AAT or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Experience with accounting systems, including Oracle, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
