This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing organization. You will be instrumental in guiding your team through new processes, systems, and contract implementations, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide comprehensive training to your team on new processes, systems, and contract requirements.
- Manage team performance, including shift rotas, holiday management, and performance reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, effectively resolving issues and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in team management within a multi-site business environment. Your expertise in commercial or estimation processes would be highly advantageous. You possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of success as a Team Supervisor in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of team management principles and best practices.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
