We are seeking a Senior Operations Team Lead to join our team at Arcus Solutions.
This role is based in our Upminster office and involves leading a small team of coordinators, coaching and mentoring new starters and guiding and supporting the current team when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and be able to create new process documents from scratch for any new processes implemented or make amendments to current processes and deliver them from a training perspective to your team.
You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, dealing with various team requirements from shift rotas, holiday management to performance management and investigating and resolving issues arisen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a small team of coordinators
- Coaching and mentoring new starters
- Guiding and supporting the current team
- Creating new process documents from scratch
- Managing stakeholder expectations
