Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Act as a positive role model and advocate for the young people, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
Requirements
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for helping young people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and bank holidays, with a willingness to participate in physical activities and overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis).
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential.
