We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to young residents, serving as a positive role model and advocate for their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Work collaboratively with a professional care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Empathy and a genuine passion for helping young people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
- Willingness to participate in physical activities and overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis).
- Must be over the age of 21.
