About the Role

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our care and support team. As a Support Worker, you will work delivering person-centred, specialised care to our clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of your own car required
  • Good professional and personal references

About Our Client

Our client is a female client who requires care and support within her own home. Experience with Cerebral Palsy would be an advantage. Our client loves to socialise and attend social events, hence the 24hr shift.
