Complex Care Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Peterborough.

Job Summary: As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with clients with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a 24hr shift, including sleeping nights
