About the Role

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking dedicated and passionate Support Workers to join our care and support team in the PE6 area, Thorney, Peterborough. As a Support Worker, you will work delivering person-centred, specialised care to clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis, enabling you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties, and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of your own car required
  • Good professional and personal references
  • Friendly manner and polite attitude
