Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker 24hr Shift Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our care and support team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Peterborough. As a Care Assistant, you will work delivering person-centred, specialised care to our clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of your own car required
  • Good professional and personal references
