As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people with complex needs, while also being a positive role model and advocate for their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to young people based on their unique needs and circumstances
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of young people

Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting young people in a residential or educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including long days and sleepovers
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • Commitment to working with vulnerable young people and their families
