About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our Facilities Manager in the day-to-day running of our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site services, supervising contractors, and responding to maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fire safety checks and temperature monitoring
  • Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
  • Organize and supervise contractor works, ensuring necessary health and safety paperwork is obtained
  • Raise and submit purchase requests for facilities spend items
  • Support the Facilities Manager in reviewing service contracts and re-tendering as needed
  • Take a lead in delivering smaller-scale projects, such as installation of facility assets
