Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Gabby's Recruitment. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and managing new property listings, conducting property viewings and negotiating sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Listings: Generate and manage new property listings to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Property Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to achieve maximum revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process to maintain a positive reputation and build client loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in property sales (minimum 3 years) with a strong track record of success.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Driven Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Time Management and Organisational Abilities: Excellent time management and organisational abilities to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Local Property Market Knowledge: Knowledge of local property market trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Valid Driving Licence: Valid driving licence to travel to property viewings and meetings.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £25,000 (£60k+ OTE) per annum.
