RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR TRADE BRANCH LEADERS:
  • Hands-on leadership, working closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing clients
  • Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
  • Facilitate the attainment of sales goals while nurturing positive customer relationships
  • Assist in the execution of branch operations
  • Provide support to branch colleagues as needed
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Conduct stock audits and inventory checks
  • Maintain records for branch vehicles
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the branch, including front of house and warehousing
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR TRADE BRANCH LEADERS:
  • Enthusiasm and energy to provide outstanding customer service and meet business objectives
  • A proactive, customer-oriented approach, eager to engage with customers
  • A commercial mindset to drive sales and optimize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and industry-standard software such as SAP
  • A valid driving license is essential; a Forklift Truck license is a plus
  • Ability to step in for the Branch Manager when necessary
  • Experience in stocktaking is advantageous
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience in a similar role within the trade, retail, or construction sectors is preferred
