RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR TRADE BRANCH LEADERS:
  • Hands-on leadership, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager in daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing clients
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, operational excellence, and achievement of sales targets
  • Foster positive customer relationships while supporting sales target delivery
  • Assist in managing branch operations
  • Provide assistance to Branch colleagues as needed
  • Support the Branch Manager in ensuring timely completion of tasks and activities
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Conduct stocktakes and audits
  • Maintain records for Branch vehicles
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the branch, including front of house and warehousing
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR TRADE BRANCH LEADERS:
  • Enthusiasm and energy to provide outstanding customer service and meet business objectives
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, comfortable engaging with customers
  • A commercial mindset to drive sales and maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and industry-standard software such as SAP
  • A valid driving license is essential; a Forklift Truck license is a plus
  • Ability to step in for the Branch Manager when necessary
  • Experience in branch stocktaking is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a small team and independently when required
  • Previous experience in a similar role within trade, builders' merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC sectors is beneficial
