About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Branch Supervisor to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Assist with the delivery of branch operations and provide support and assistance to branch colleagues as required
  • Support the Branch Manager to ensure the team completes actions and activities on time and in full
  • Ensure branch team compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures
  • Undertake stocktakes and audits, maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles, and conduct branch housekeeping for front-of-house, warehousing, and merchanting
Requirements
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins while ensuring customers always walk away happy
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., SAP)
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
  • The ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required
  • Previous branch stocktake experience could be a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable working in a small team and on occasion, alone
  • Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
