We are seeking an experienced IVA Case Manager to join our team at LUCIEG CONSULTING LIMITED. As an IVA Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administration of clients' approved IVAs, ensuring all regulatory duties and obligations are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client queries via telephone and email
  • Liaise with clients, creditors, and third parties
  • Ensure timely processing of modifications
  • Conduct income and expenditure reviews
  • Calculate and request additional income
  • Monitor accounts daily to follow up on any declined payments
Requirements:
  • Experience in debt management or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and obligations
