Our residential service is dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health challenges, physical health issues, and learning disabilities. We offer 24/7 assistance to help our clients lead fulfilling lives by:

  • Providing additional compensation for sleepover shifts, ensuring fair remuneration for your commitment.
As a Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:


Delivering personalized support to adults with diverse needs, either on a one-on-one basis or as part of a collaborative team.

Facilitating community engagement and promoting individual interests, empowering clients to develop skills and enhance their overall well-being.

Accompanying service users to various community activities, whether it’s a trip to the cinema, a swim, or participation in local groups and projects, including holidays and outings.

Assisting with personal care to ensure comfort and well-being, while celebrating achievements and milestones to foster a positive environment.
