Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Professional Care Worker. As a Professional Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks and activities that promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily tasks and activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Must be aged at least 18 years old
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and use of a car
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
