About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Professional Care Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as grocery shopping and household chores
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Full UK driving licence and use of a car
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
