About the Position:
Your role as a Specialist Support Practitioner may involve:

  • Community Engagement: Supporting individuals in connecting with their communities by organizing and participating in various recreational activities such as outings to leisure centers, cinemas, and swimming pools.
  • Personal Assistance: Aiding individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and overall wellbeing, which includes support with bathing, dressing, and scheduling medical appointments.
  • Household Support: Assisting individuals in managing their living environments by encouraging participation in daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
