Job Title: Service Support Practitioner

Location: Newton Stewart

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Support Practitioner contracts available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Service Support Practitioner to join our team in Newton Stewart. As a Service Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and other challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and other challenges
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized support plans
