We offer a variety of contract options including Full Time, Part Time, and Bank positions within our dedicated team.
No prior experience in care is necessary; we are committed to your professional development and will provide comprehensive training through our esteemed learning and development team before you begin.
Please note that due to service requirements, we can only consider candidates with a valid driving license. Mileage reimbursement is available at 45p per mile.
Role Overview:
As a Support Practitioner, your duties may encompass:
Community Engagement - Supporting individuals in participating in community activities by organizing and attending outings to various recreational venues such as day centers, cinemas, and swimming pools. Personal Assistance - Aiding individuals in maintaining their health and hygiene by promoting personal care routines, which may include help with bathing, dressing, and scheduling medical appointments. Daily Living Support - Assisting individuals in sustaining their living arrangements by encouraging participation in everyday household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.Key Advantages:
