We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team in the Back Office Outpatients & Admissions department. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of patient administrative processes throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the efficient management of patient administrative processes, ensuring adherence to CHG best practice process maps.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage referrals from the Referral Management Centre, including triage and adherence to the 18-week Referral to Treatment within set timescales.
- Day-to-day management of SPOT contract patients, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Basic financial awareness.
- Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.
