Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Lead/Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the customer touchpoint journey and serving as an ambassador of exceptional workplace experiences for our clients.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be an essential member of our site team, curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture. You will actively seek opportunities to improve the onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main client contact and representative, with thorough knowledge of the building and its operations.
  • Handle customer issues and requests across all service lines, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop deep, trusting relationships with colleagues, gathering information to provide personalized service and anticipate future needs.
  • Coordinate and inspire the client community, making it the workplace of choice.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, becoming the go-to person and trusted partner for our value proposition.
  • Promote collaboration across operational and support teams, suppliers, and customer groups, while prioritizing our clients' interests.
  • Lead and create the best customer and workplace experience.
  • Maintain full awareness of client site emergency contacts and procedures.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • IOSH certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in a high-profile environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work within a highly confidential environment.
  • High level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience.
