VINCI Facilities is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to support the Facilities Manager in delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Facilities Manager: Assist in implementing the facilities management strategy, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing operational support to the facilities team.
  • Manage CAFM System: Oversee the maintenance and operation of the Maximo CAFM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and effective management of planned and reactive works.
  • Subcontractor Management: Actively manage subcontracted delivery, including invoicing, paperwork, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reporting on works undertaken and to be undertaken, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Commercial Support: Assist the commercial team in developing quotes and business cases for additional works, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Facilities Management Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, and management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Maximo CAFM and COINs (or similar), as well as basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management.
