Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and managing budgets for maintenance and other projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Schedule and oversee regular repairs and major construction projects to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues that may impact our compliance with regulations and standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with suppliers, service providers, and other company departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for maintenance and other projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of facilities staff to ensure effective delivery of facilities services.
- Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Decision-Making and Time Management: Make informed decisions and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail and Commercial Awareness: Pay close attention to detail and possess commercial awareness to ensure effective management of facilities services.
