We encourage discussions about potential flexible working options that align with both personal and professional commitments.

All employees, whether in permanent or temporary roles, can benefit from a variety of perks, including access to fitness facilities, a comprehensive health and wellness program, on-site childcare services, and a cycle-to-work initiative.

We actively strive to attract, recruit, and retain top talent and welcome applications from underrepresented groups to support our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Job Duties

A formal Job Plan will be established between the selected candidate and their supervising Clinician, representing the Medical Director, within three months of the appointment. The appointee is expected to engage in the management of both elective and emergency surgical cases. The on-call responsibilities will be shared with 11 other department members, following a 1:12 rotation.
