We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried GP to join our team at Thames Avenue Surgery. As a Salaried GP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional medical care to our patients, including consultations, physical examinations, and referrals.
- Support the GP partners in providing services outlined in the GMS Contract and National Directed or Local Enhanced services.
- Carry out a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, eConsults, home visits, and checking and signing prescriptions.
- Give advice to patients on general health matters and arrange for referrals as necessary.
- Contribute to achieving maximum points in the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and maintain good standards of clinical records.
- Review and adhere to practice protocols and policies, and encourage collaborative working with all staff.
- Full registration with the GMC.
- MRCGP Qualification.
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
- National Performers List registration.
- Appropriate medical defence indemnity.
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
- Minimum of two years as a Salaried GP.
- Experience of medicines management/ICB initiatives.
- EMIS Web user skills.
