Job Description

Role Overview

ABASK is seeking a highly skilled Application and IT Support Analyst to join the Tech team and provide expert support for internal business teams and wider business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and experience working with ERP systems, particularly D365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support for all IT and Application responses from users across the business.
  • Offer desktop support, access management, and user management, as well as Microsoft365 admin support.
  • Support the development of new systems and processes, and expand skills and development experience in Business Central, Integrations, Analytics (BI), and cloud administration.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure end-user testing, training, and operational system use.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, in line with the business needs and evolution.

Requirements

  • Experienced IT or Application support analyst with a strong background in first or second line support.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Business Central.
  • Technically minded and persistent trouble-shooter, with a hunger to grow and develop new skills.
  • Familiarity with user management and managing configurations.
  • Comfortable supporting desktops (PCs, Macs, Microsoft Office suite, etc).
  • Desirable: experience working in Retail, Active Directory, and broader administration of MS365.
  • Desirable: experience using cloud services (Azure preferred), Power Platform stack (PowerApps, PowerBI, etc), and/or broader software development practices.
