About Our Organization: PA Housing is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Repairs Administrator to join our thriving Repairs Team. This role involves providing administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries related to maintenance efficiently.
Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid working setup, allowing you to work from our office 2-3 days per week and from home for the remaining days. During the initial 6-month probation and training period, full-time office work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of repair requests from customers, staff, and external stakeholders through different channels.
- Maintain and update databases meticulously for accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the Handy person service for seamless coordination.
- Collaborate with repairs advisors during busy periods for optimal service delivery.
- Handle payments and ensure compliance with complaints processes and financial regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in administration with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Proficient ICT skills and expertise in database management for organizational efficiency.
- Ability to generate comprehensive reports and make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
