About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Coordinator. As the face of PA Housing, you will be responsible for delivering excellent neighbourhood services to our customers, building positive relationships with residents, and ensuring their neighbourhood is clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent PA Housing in the community, building relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Deliver neighbourhood services, including inspections, repairs, and customer support
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Basic DBS check and full UK driving licence
