About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Coordinator. As the face of PA Housing, you will be responsible for delivering excellent neighbourhood services to our customers, building positive relationships with residents, and representing our organisation in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent PA Housing in the local community, building relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent neighbourhood services, including inspections, repairs, and customer support.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to achieve our organisational goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting our customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in social housing management.
