About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Data Officer to join our Asset Management team at PA Housing. As an Asset Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our asset data within Keystone, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and value for money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Asset Data Manager in maintaining and updating asset data within Keystone.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize and maintain appointments for surveyors and contractors using Foundation for efficient job scheduling.
  • Provide vital administrative support during meetings, including minute-taking and distribution.
  • Ensure invoices are processed and ready for authorisation.
  • Respond to telephone, email, and written inquiries with excellence, maintaining a positive image of PA Housing.
  • Retrieve voicemails and accurately pass messages to the right team members.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the business, achieving targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in dealing with people and delivering excellent customer service.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Desired Experience
  • Familiarity with building repairs and maintenance.
  • Experience using the Keystone Asset Management System.
  • Understanding of housing management systems.
