Surrey, United Kingdom PA Housing Full time

A little bit about what we are looking for...

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional services to residents and ensures top-notch housing standards? PA Housing is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive individual to join our Asset Management team. In this exciting role, you will support the Asset Data Manager in maintaining and updating our asset data within Keystone, driving the highest levels of client satisfaction and value for money.

Why Join PA Housing?

  • Make a Difference: Your work will directly impact the quality of housing services we provide to our residents.
  • Growth Opportunities: We offer a dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages innovation.

We embrace the future of work with our hybrid working model, offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder being from the comfort of your own home. However bear in mind during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success. Your well-being and confidence in your role are paramount to us, and we're committed to providing the flexibility you need to excel. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

As part of our commitment to promoting work-life balance, we offer an optional 9-day fortnight scheme*. With this arrangement, you have the opportunity to compress your hours into nine days, allowing you to enjoy a bonus day off every fortnight. It's our way of empowering you to achieve greater flexibility and recharge, helping you be your best self.

Your responsibilities...

  • Support and Collaborate: Work closely with the Asset Data Manager and the Asset Management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and Manage: Set up new property records on NEC and manage asset amendments to keep our data current.
  • Data Integrity: Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Scheduling Wizard: Organise and maintain appointments for surveyors and contractors, using Foundation for efficient job scheduling.
  • Diary Management: Keep the Asset Management team’s schedules on track.
  • Meeting Maestro: Provide vital administrative support during meetings, including minute-taking and distribution.
  • Invoice Preparation: Ensure invoices are processed and ready for authorisation.
  • Customer Service Champion: Respond to telephone, email, and written inquiries with excellence, maintaining a positive image of PA Housing.
  • Message Relay: Retrieve voicemails and accurately pass messages to the right team members.
  • Program Assistant: Help produce and send tenant stock condition programmes.
